This watercolor was part of my "We Sail Tonight to Singapore" Sketchbook Project in 2011. The words are lyrics to a song by Barnes and Barnes. Fish head curry is a unique dish invented by thrifty chefs in Singapore. The cheeks and the eyes are deemed to be the most delicious part!
