Carrot Cake East & West

These illustrations were part of my first Sketchbook Project, "We Sail Tonight to Singapore." I wanted to explain the difference between carrot cake in the Western vs Eastern hemispheres. Carrot cake in Singapore is a savory dish of stir-fried daikon radishes.
